This year, several hundred jars with brined cucumbers got to the pantry. The recipe is simple: cucumbers, dill, horseradish, the best comes from our own garden, rock salt, garlic and good water from our well (it must be free from chlorine).
All products come from our farmstead. The only exception are salt and horseradish.
Now you only need to pour water and place the jars in the pantry :-).
We also prepare a clay pot with fresh brined cucumbers for current consumption.
