FOR THOSE WHO HIKE IN THE MOUNTAINS


  • red tourist route from Karpacz along the Valley of Łomniczka River from the car park at Orlinek hotel NAVIGATE TO CAR PARK
    – duration of a climb up is about 3 h
    – duration of a climb down is about 2,5 h
    – differences in height 810 m
    – beautiful views
    – in winter, the route from the Chalet upon Łomniczka River to Dom Slaski is closed due to the avalanche danger

  • black tourist route from Karpacz from the lower base terminal of the lift to Mała Kopa Mt. through Biały Jar NAVIGATE TO CAR PARK
    – duration of a climb up is about 2,5 h
    – duration of a climb down is about 1,45 h
    – differences in height 820 m
    – a bit boring (cobblestones)

  • it is a 40-minute-long walk from Mała Kopa Mt. to Sniezka by a black and red tourist route
  • on the way, you will pass chalet Dom Slaski
  • IMPORTANT!!! please remember about warm clothes, also in summer, sometimes the difference in temperature between Karpacz and Sniezka is more than 20 degrees C

SNIEZKA FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT LIKE HIKING OR CANNOT HIKE IN THE MOUNTAINS


  • a ride by a car to Czech Pec pod Sněžkou NAVIGATE TO CAR PARK
  • a ride by a gondola lift to the foot of Sniezka – a walk to the mountain top will take only 5 minutes
  • duration of the ride is 30 minutes
  • the lift operates every day except April and November and days with windy weather

    ride up: normal ticket 210 CZK / 8,5 € PLN, teenagers aged 10 – 15 190 CZK / 7,5 €, children aged 5 – 10 100 CZK / 4 €, children under 4 free

  • there are sometimes long queues to the lift
  • Pec pod Sněžkou in peaks of seasons gets jammed up
  • IMPORTANT!!! please remember to take warm clothes, also in summer, sometimes the difference in temperatures between Pec and Sniezka is over 10 degrees C
