- we try to maintain the highest quality, both of accommodation and meals at the restaurant, that is why we require conscientiousness while performing everyday duties
- it is useful to know English or German (although it is not necessary) and to know the region or be willing to get to know the neighbourhood if you want to work as a waiter/waitress
