journeys on the Steam Locomotive Route take place only on Weekends at 12:00 and 14:00

the museum tells the story of the railways
presents rolling stock – several dozen locomotives, wagons, railway cranes and a railway snow plow, as well as thematic exhibitions related to work on the railway
there is also a historic printing house on site
two historic trains present the exhibition “The role of railways in resettlement after World War II” depicting migrations and the fate of the population in Lower Silesia after World War II
school groups can take advantage of rides on a historic locomotive and workshops
on weekends, the “Steam Engine Route” is available – an educational path that is visited by a wagon led by a historic diesel locomotive. On special occasions, a steam locomotive is launched for this purpose. The journey takes 30 minutes
in the museum there is also a children’s play corner (in the theme of the fairy tale “Tomek and Friends”) and a bistro (fast food bar located in a bar car from the 70s of the twentieth century)
