Reduced ticket is entitled to children, pupils, students, seniors and pensioners upon presentation of the ID
On Tuesday, guided tours for the price of a regular ticket take place at 12:00, on other days the guide is available only after prior reservation
On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays there is no possibility of guided tours

The Natural History Museum in Jelenia Góra is a modern and well-equipped place where you will find 15 different exhibitions with many exhibits devoted to m.in: animals, minerals, plants and the history of Cieplice Zdrój – a picturesque district of Jelenia Góra
You will see the m.in up close. exotic insects and animals that look like living ones

the museum is located in the building of the former Cistercian Order, part of the collection comes from the collection of the aristocratic Schaffgotsch family, on the walls there are also original frescoes from the 2nd half of the 17th century
