- a wide range of workshops at the Primordial Springs in Muchów combines many fields, intertwines history, ecophilosophy, ethnology and psychology
- workshops and lectures are created and conducted by Diana and Rafał Jakubowski – cultural experts, educators and researchers. They are the founders of the Association and Publishing House of the Original Source dealing m.in historical education and research on the prehistory of Slavic and Indo-European peoples
- as participants of the lectures, you will learn more about the history of the Sudetes, Slavic or Indo-European peoples, and during the workshops you will learn to shoot a historical bow, debunk myths and learn about the uses of some plants, you will also try to recreate a family tree
- archery workshop – during the workshops you will learn how to shoot a historical bow and listen to stories about the history of archery, the ritual use of the bow and arrow in Central Asia and the Slavic region. The workshop is intended for adults and children over 10 years of age.
- bioregional workshop – this is a field workshop during which you will learn how to renew the relationships between you and nature and your place of residence/bioregion. Based on classes in the field of ecology, history, ethnography, archaeology and ecophilosophy, you will learn methods of discovering the processes occurring in nature and culture. The workshop is intended for adults and children over 10 years of age
- ethnological workshop “Slavic ritual cakes” – during the workshop you will learn about the importance of ritual cakes in ancient cultures, when they were used and for what purpose. You will learn the analogies between ritual dishes in the Slavic region and in Central Asia. You will make and taste a delicious ritual cake. - shamanic workshop “The Healing Power of the Elements” – during the workshop you will learn shamanic techniques from the traditions of Central Asia. They consist in working with the body, energy and emotions, based on relationships with the five elements that construct us and our environment. The workshop is intended for adults and young people over 15 years of age
