- “Winter Garden” workshops are a proposal of beekeepers for the winter, in summer we invite you to workshops in the apiary, among the hives
- The world of pollinators does not sleep like a bear in winter, but uses its resources to protect the queen so that she can rebuild her family in the spring
- Edyta and Michał from Apukraine will introduce you to the mysterious world of insects and plants through experimental games, tasting bee products and learning about the cycle of development of insects, to which we owe 1/3 of the world’s food
- During the workshops, participants will perform experiments on their own, thanks to which they will distinguish pollen from bee feathers, wax from propolis, or honeydew from nectar
- You will learn to distinguish honey from glucose syrup
- you will taste different types of honey and learn about its properties
- Everyone will take their bees with them
- The workshops are suitable for children from 5 years of age
- children should be accompanied by at least one guardian
- Payment on the spot, cash only
- it is necessary to reserve a place, otherwise there may be no vacancies or we will not be able to inform you about the cancellation of classes
- workshops are regularly held in the Sudeten Educational Homestead , but you can invite beekeepers to your home
- for participation in the workshop you will receive a stamp to the Passport of the Discoverer of the Land of Extinct Volcanoes
