Forest Adventures and Shinrin-yoku

• forest adventures are led by Ana – a psychologist and guide for “forest bathing”
• it’s an adventure for the whole family – the youngest “active” participant in the summer edition was 1.5 years old
• for youth and adults, Ana promises the joy of rediscovering their inner child during shared play, or the freedom to follow their own, more individual paths – guided by Ana’s forest cards
• shinrin-yoku is also known as forest bathing – but not literally in a stream, puddle, or pond. T it’s a bath for our senses – in forest sounds, colors, scents, shapes, and tastes! It sounds a bit futuristic, but it’s truly pleasant and works wonders for our body and mind
• you will set off in search of hidden invitations from the forest, and then proceed to complete the tasks and challenges the forest has prepared for us
• some of you will be fascinated by solving tasks, others by “doing nothing,” or finding wonder
• Ana will be your guide on this new journey and will lead you safely through it
• the workshop can take place under favorable weather conditions and with a minimum number of participants
• reservation is essential; otherwise, there may be no available spots, or we may not be able to inform you about cancellations.
