Stalking in the forest – a relaxing and calming encounter with the forest, allowing you to experience nature with all your senses.

- forest stalking is led by Ana, a forest bathing guide and psychologist
- It is an adventure that feeds all the senses, body and spirit
- forest bathing will awaken your curiosity, develop creativity, sharpen mindfulness, strengthen mental and physical immunity
- it will awaken all your senses, strengthen your ties with the forest and those of your family
- will allow you to look at the forest from a different, broader perspective

- At the forest bathing workshops (Japanese “shinrin-yoku”) you will start with brewing and tasting forest tea, and at the end you will be able to warm up by the fire (take something with you to fry over a live fire)
- In winter, remember to wear warm clothes, according to the conditions, so that you can make the most of your stay in the forest. You will be able to return to the car at any time to get dry clothes or other necessary things
