Observation tower in Gozdno – probably the best viewpoint in the Land of Extinct Volcanoes.
The tower is reached by a forest road, we do not recommend a trip with a stroller.
Information
- on the Zawadna hill (442 m above sea level) near Gozdno there is a wooden observation tower, from which you will admire a panoramic view of the Kaczawskie Foothills, the Kaczawskie Mountains, the Giant Mountains and a fragment of the Central Sudetes
- in gozdno there is a prepared parking lot with information boards, a carport and a playground
- from the parking lot to the tower you will walk in about 30 minutes
- we recommend going to the tower at sunset
- at the foot of the mountain runs the single track cycling route “Gozdno 1”, see the other single track routes in the Kaczawskie Mountains
