- ticket office is located approx. 20 m from the elevators, at the entrance to the shopping mall next to the Starbucks café
- on the tickets there is an hour of entry to the elevator, being late means losing the ticket
- we recommend buying a ticket online, there are often queues at the ticket office
- group tickets (from 20 people) can be booked by phone or e-mail
- in the Sky Tower building there is also a great attraction for children – Kolejkowo – the largest railway model in Poland
